PLN Coordinator

Responsibilities  
  • Controlling and monitoring the Power PLN work process, procedures and problem solving in term of PLN issues.
  • Responsible to manage and monitor the Power PLN Work process and procedure from planning, application until connection on site.
  • Ensure the work progress and installation of Power PLN is done properly
  • Coordination with Subcontractor PLM/AKLI for work progress of application and installation work.
  • Monitor the status of Power PLN (Genset, multiguna, CDC and Permanent)
  • Resolve any problems and PLN issues that occur in all sites that become areas of responsibility
Qualification
  • Male, min 27 years old
  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) majoring in Electrical or Civil Engineering
  • Has 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Have good relationship with PLN/Power Government Company is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Will be contracted under an outsource company
 

Management Development Programm (MDP)

Management Development Programm (MDP)
MDP is a program designed to prepare candidates of strategy position at
PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure in the future.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must process at least a Bachelor degree in any field (preferably Civil, Industry, Elektro, & Telecommunication Engineering)
  • Reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00)
  • Maximum age 25 years
  • Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in any field
  • Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal & communication skills
  • High motivation and initiative
  • Applicants must be willing to work in all over Indonesia

 

Alliances Executive

Responsibilities :
  • Collect and determine all required service components (i.e. Commercial applied terms, Business Partners/Principals, Legal/Licensing issues)
  • Develop and execute agreements with Business Partners/Principals/Vendors
  • Apply all required permit/licenses to perform the service
  • Develop and determine Business Process and Procedures for the service. In terms of partner selection
Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Having min 3 years experiences in telecommunication industry
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Having good networking skill
 

Account Manager (AM)

Responsibilities :
Market intelligence, achieve sales target, maximize potentiality of the existing customers, maintain customer relationship, complain handling, internal coordination to ensure the project goes according to customer demand, and monitoring project progress update
 Requirements :
  • Male / Female max 30 Years Old
  • Minimal Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Minimal 2 years working experiences as Account Officer(preferable in Telecommunication Company)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Good basic salesmanship & customer care
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must be able to speak and write in English
  • Computer literate  - minimum Microsoft Office(MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
